Splitting Series

This series began as an exploration of black-and-white thinking (Splitting) & evolved into meditations on balance, impermanence, and reemergence.

Three abstract paintings hang on a white brick gallery wall, each filled with layered colors and patterns—blue and yellow on the left, red and white in the center, and pale blues and greens on the right.

Betwixt & Between

Created in collaboration with Julie Keen, this series of works on paper emerged from our travels to visit each other — open in form and intention, bound only by the size of a travel tube.

Three framed abstract paintings hang side by side above a light wood credenza in a modern minimalist living room. The artworks feature layered shapes, patterns, and brushstrokes in blue, green, yellow, and pink tones. Two simple wooden stools sit below them, with black vases holding dried and leafy plants on each end of the cabinet, creating a balanced, airy composition.
